truing the senses

Through an introduction of foundational exercises in performance training, we will explore our bodies’ abilities to sense ourselves, each other and the environment. We will practice the art of “L I S T E N W I D E and M A G N E T I Z E by validating the impulses within our own bodies and what we sense in our environment. By resting deep in our toes and diaphragm, we can practice building trust with our own creative spirit through a felt sense of our own boundaries. Our goal here is a fluidity between the internal and external worlds, creating the safety we need within ourselves to feel freedom in the world.
